There were some items in our house that needed fixing or replacing, and Ambassador took care of those items right away.  When the tenants were not keeping the yard up, Ambassador made sure they understood that as part of their contract, they were obligated to keep the yard watered, etc.

I love Ambassador!  I have told that to David as well, in fact I wanted to hire AP for my rental property in Plano, but you have not expanded that far! :(  I have always been treated very well.  I try to think of this house as my own and I try to let AP know if something might need to be done to protect the property not just because I want it done.
