"Our tenants (or I should say one of the tenants) could be difficult, and the Ambassador staff handled them in a nice way while always maintaining professionalism when dealing with them. There were some items in our house that needed fixing or replacing, and Ambassador took care of those items right away. When the tenants were not keeping the yard up, Ambassador made sure they understood that as part of their contract, they were obligated to keep the yard watered, etc.
Their services are affordable, and they always make sure their clients are satisfied and taken care of, while also making tenants feel like they are also being taken care of - even when the owners and tenants are on opposite sides of an issue. They are good liaisons.
