Who Do You Work For?
Our company policy is strictly customer service driven. We consider our customers to be the prospect tenant, our current tenants, investors, contractors, and the entire real estate industry. It is our policy to treat everyone with respect and as we would like to be treated. We pride ourselves in providing the very best service within our means that is why we leave so many options within our services. We will work with any realtor and do not focus on commissions. We will work with the contractor of the investors choice as long as they are approved and bonded. We do not mark up any repairs or maintenance and all fees are up front.
How much does leasing my property cost?
Leasing your property may vary, but will not exceed 90% of a months rent. This cost covers the realtor commissions and may or may not include advertisement and applicant screening.
How much is property management services?
This is a easy question to answer. What would not be easy to answer would be all the services we provide. You can count on a flat rate as an investor.
